RoundTable: Can We Help Our Kids To Be More Assertive
Sometimes, our children struggle to assert their thoughts and feelings, even when they know that speaking up is the right thing to do. It can be difficult for kids to express themselves not only when they are sh and sensitive. Assertiveness plays an important role in our children’s lives from the playground to the classroom to a playdate, and knowing how they can stand up for themselves and others makes a difference when it comes to bullying, peer pressure and other negative behaviors.
Join us in a conversation with Diana El Kallassi to discuss what are strategies to increase assertiveness and confidence in our kids.
